L + B House
A tropical modern house that combining modern material to create such a spatial quality. Breezy outdoor form “green” conscious as the response of tropical recent-home style. Completely designed with open air indoor, cosy interior, a great colour tone, this house offers a holiday vibe in the middle of crowded city. By predominant using of locally sourced materials, together with a careful integration of motifs, forms and elements, both exterior and interior create a harmonious balance feels.
This house provides 2 floors that the ground floor used as a borderless living room, with 101 sqm pool in the right side. Two timber decks that facing the pool and garden in the centre axis allowed wide possibilities of contact with nature. Meanwhile the first floor consists of a master bedroom that has wide views over the garden, and so has the each of two kid bedrooms.
