H + T House

This house adopts a holistic approach that balancing architecture with outdoor space, and culminating a residential enclave that exudes all the spaces that required in a home. The entrance is emphasized with long flat roof then ended with a traditional roof which become a uniqueness of this house. A large swimming pool form e reflective vista and offering an extension beyond their private space. 

The site planning shows a clear understanding of the need a diversity of space, from public to semi private, then from semi private into the private one. Each bedroom on ground floor enjoy large opened garden. The master bedroom gets private access to the swimming pool and also the living room. Service area built on basement. This area consists of parking, maid’s rooms, and driver rooms.

Then, to create borderless space, we combine the living and dining space. This is a kind of tropical house typology that make indoor space larger. This principal is used in all level, so that each space will connected visually.
