AR + P House

As we look in the front, a big levelled concrete roof standing out in the center. This kind of monopolize look impress a unique form of a house for the surrounding. Off-white tone mixed with grey tone from the concrete wall were selected both in the exterior and interior.

Like the most of our project, this house also provided 2 types of user. Then reflected in floor function. Basement is used for parking and services, ground opened for guest and next level for the family member.

Upon entering the house through the front door, we will be welcomed by the foyer, then feel the borderless living room. As we walking in, an opened terrace with the koi pond on each side brings the beauty and calmness that allow the user to dive deep into their mind.

Different from first level, the second level is more concentrated on the family member. It consists of 1 main bedroom and two children bedrooms on the center. The attic level leads into big terrace near the living room which face the void. The combination of these two features will provide spaces for chilling and also dapple transference of light.
