H + T Office
Reconstructing a house to become an office building was a challenging project for us. We have to think creatively and design within constraints of the existing structure. As the saying goes -- our surrounding determines our behaviour -- we want to design a comfortable workspace where employees could draw inspiration and unleash their creativity.
This is 4 storeys building that used as tax consultant office. We provide open floor plan in the centre for working space at the second and third level. The first level is used as co-working space and the fourth level designed for supporting areas such as dining area, playing area, and open deck.
To create openness, lightness and connection to the outside, glass façade are chosen. The purpose of this feature is to avoid direct sunlight that coming to the inside. As we known, direct sunlight is uncomfortable for working space. The balcony on the second level is reserved for the garden that also become the boundary between in and out.
