Y + P Showroom
The façade is articulated with edges, frames and fins to delineate the formal design approach. It will keep the visual clean, precise and modern. Predominance is placed on a vertical expression with different rhythmic wave to control the proportion and scale of the building. Another purpose of this second skin façade is to create more private working space also to avoid the light that comes directly to the glass wall.
A square concrete on the centre is designed to determine the entrance then impress a focal point of the whole façade. The receptionist hall is also emphasized by putting 1,5 m above the ground.
The front green areas serve a small refreshing view, separate the in and out way to the building. The entry to the showroom is through a gently sloped raw concrete drive away that leads to basement parking.
